Week of 5/14-5/19

Hi All,

Congrats to the concert band on another great performance this past saturday at Hershey Park. The band received first place with a superior rating and best overall concert band.

If there are any folks that have not turned in banquet forms and money please do so asap as we need a head count for Morningsides.

Instrument Inventory: At the end of this week I will be working on our school inventories. Please make sure all school instruments are returned especially fall band instruments so they may be checked over and ready for upcoming marching band rehearsals.

Monday 5/14- Lessons Program 6-7pm

Tuesday 5/15- Middle School Jazz 3:30-4:30pm

                     High School Jazz 4:30-6:00pm

Wednesday 5/16- Fall Percussion and Color Guard Rehearsal- 5:30-8:30pm

Thursday 5/17- Jazz Concert Report @5:30pm

Friday 5/18- No School

Saturday 5/19- State Solo and Ensemble Festival- Towson University

                        Please see Mr. Karos for times

                  ***  Car Wash at Bubbles 9am-3pm

                                Student help still needed for both the morning and afternoon shifts

5/22- Band Spring Concert

5/23- Band Awards Banquet at Morningsides

5/31- Fall Marching Band Meeting( Mandatory for all members) 6:00pm

6/8- Graduation ( Concert Band Performs)
