The Odyssey

Marching Titans 2011 Program

The Marching Titans are proud to present their 2011 show “The Odyssey” based on the music of Robert W. Smith.  This year’s program explores the historic and dramatic journey of Odysseus on his way home following the conclusion of the Trojan War.

The Titans open their show with the first obstacle that Odysseus encounters on his journey.  Odysseus faces the angered Winds of Poseidon, then travels through the Isle of Calypso where he is tempted but avoids temptation by holding onto the memory of his homeland. Finally, Odysseus faces the ultimate challenge of winning back his homeland, Ithaca. 

The 2011 Marching Titans are led on the field by Jordan Haugh and Evan Kadan and are assisted by a fine group of section leaders.
