TITAN TEMPO SHOW CHOIR

This group is for students who enjoy singing, dancing and acting all in the same class. Students need to audition to be a member of this group as well. The Titan Tempo Show Choir is the vocal departments “Showpiece” group, performing in the community throughout the year has performed several times at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida and serves as musical ambassadors for the Tuscarora community. This group sings a variety of different popular music styles including: Broadway, pop, rock and rhythm & blues. The show choir has quickly earned a reputation as an exciting performance opportunity. Each choral program provides students the opportunity to excel as individuals with All County Ensembles, All State Ensembles, and Solo and Ensemble Festivals.

CONCERT CHOIR

Concert Choir is for more advanced singers who have completed Mixed Choir or have auditioned and been accepted into the group. The Concert Choir sings more difficult and interesting music of all styles and continues study in singing, music reading and more advanced theory. The Concert Choir has earned superior ratings at county festivals and excellent and superior ratings at state festivals as well as festivals we attend outside the school. Each choral program provides students the opportunity to excel as individuals with All County Ensembles, All State Ensembles, and Solo and Ensemble Festivals.

MIXED CHOIR

Mixed Choir is for students who have limited knowledge of singing and want to sing in a group.  The mixed choir focuses on fundamentals of singing, music reading, and basic theory.  We sing a wide variety of styles of music and have a lot of fun.  The Mixed Choir has earned the reputation of a small tight ensemble that trains singers for our more advanced groups.  Each choral program provides students the opportunity to excel as individuals with All County Ensembles, All State Ensembles, and Solo and Ensemble Festivals.
